*EDIT - I updated the painting with a slightly better background *
Even though I've done a lot of work lately, my muse has been gone for the past 6 months, and it finally felt nice doing some personal painting again.
This is basically just something I've been playing around with for the past 2 evenings, with no plans what so ever. I also decided to leave it as grey-scale as I kind of like it this way. It was great fun trying to make it appear as if she had wet skin and hair; it doesn't require as much details as you might think
Painted from scratch using Photoshop CS2 and a Wacom Intuos 2 tablet. I looked at misc personal ref photos as reference for the chick.
Beautiful like always! Really amazing. Though... the flatness of the mountains seem almost out of place compared to the details of the rest. But still great!
Turned out great man, it's not often that someone can successfully pull off a black and white digital painting that isn't a simple portrait, but you rocked this one. Quite successful in portraying the wet look, not to mention the realism you always manage. Glad to see you submitting illustrations again.

Beautiful as always henning, bleh I am gonna crit a few things forgive me please. Screen right rib cage and top of shoulders seem to protrude too much to me. I guess what I am trying to say is they appear almost sharp and not contoured. I think it is just that the specular on those too areas is possibly too strong.
