A bit of an unusual thing to post, but still something I really enjoyed doing.
This is the board game for “Cavetroll” by Fantasy Flight Games. I have always wanted to make a board game, and I really enjoyed making this one. It will be available in stores from of late this year (2006).
This is for the new edition of the game with plastic figures instead of cardboard tokens. The old version has got very good reviews, so I’m looking forward to take this baby for a spin.
Naturally, I can't post the entire board in decent resolution, so some close-ups will have to do. Sorry about that
Very nice board. Fantasy Flight has always been one of my favorite game companies due to the impressive production value of their products. I'm glad you were able to work with them.
The detail in this game board are fantastic. I shall have to keep an eye out for the game.
Making board games is fun. I had a crack at making one earlier in the year and posted it on the web the other week. You can find links in my gallery and journal if you are interested. Its another dungeon delving type game. It still needs a bit more balancing but it is playable.
The rest of your gallery is awesome. I have seen your work in books from time to time.
hello so I'v gone out and got the game just for the board so i can use it for D&D, but the board dos not look like this is there a way you can help me get one from you or the company?
I'm not sure what you're asking, I'm afraid. But according to my copy of the game, it looks like this, only it has a gridded frame for gameplay counting. I'm afraid I am not allowed to send out copies as FFG would put my down if I did, hehe. If you're wondering about something related to this game, I guess you should contact FFG. They even have a Cavetroll forum here: [link]
