This is an illustration for Fantasy Flight Games collectible card game named A Game of Thrones, which is based on the world of best-selling author George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice & Fire. This belongs to the Clash of Arms Edition.

The character is Janos Slynt, commander of the city watch of King's Landing.

Illustrations for card games like this always have short deadlines, and are supposed to be viewed on a smaller scale than here.
