This is an illustration for Fantasy Flight Games collectible card game named Call of Cthulhu, which is based on the worlds of renowned horror master H.P. Lovecraft.
Painted july 2005.

I like the color in this picture, particularly with all the books and the scarf. A scene like this has potential for dreary colors, but this one is beautifuly illustrated.
