This is an illustration for Fantasy Flight Games collectible card game named Call of Cthulhu, which is based on the worlds of renowned horror master H.P. Lovecraft. Painted july 2005.
Illustrations for card games like this always have short deadlines, and are supposed to be viewed on a smaller scale than here.

Eek...O.o That's scary...XD But I really love it! It's really just so creepy and cool how his face is all blank, but his mouth is in his chest...so freaky!
