A quick & helpful guideline for photographers to help them choose models and how to find them.
Artist's Comments
I've been to busy lately to work on personal pieces. I actually started this one in the beginning of December 2007, so it took me over 2 months to finish because of that. I hate that as I kinda loose my connection to the piece. Still, I've still spent a lot more time on this one than usual.
I got this idea a while ago, and I wanted to paint another Norwegian friend of mine, just for fun, basically Photoshop with a Wacom Intuos 2. I made a rough, low-poly 3D scene base to get the tiles right (3DS Max), but everything is still fully painted. Damn, I hate tiles now :-P 50% close-ups and progress steps on my site: [link] |

And what a great concept.
Wow very nice work!
Love your work.
Your skin is very real and the poses. The lighting is really great!. The work on the tiles is amazing. One thing I really love is the shadows and lighting...
Fabulous work again! Henning

Everyone has a choice: to be above all, to be inferior or to be outside. I like being on the outside...

For Digital Art send a note to: ^cosmosue or ^JunkbyJen according to the FAQ. State why you think it should be a DD. ^baKIN has a deviation on this... which amusingly enough got a daily deviation: [link]
I should get back to recommending DDs. I used to do it more often.
