This is a portrait of my girlfriend, Tascha. I haven't had time to do much personal paintings lately because of too much work, and my muse has been a bit low because of this. But our 2-year anniversary helped a lot, and I simple wanted to do a simple piece. It's quite detailed, and I spent quite a bit of time on it during evenings and in-between things. The original plan was more complex, but simplicity usually wins when I start messing about with different approaches.

Painted using Photoshop CS2 and a Wacom Intuos 2 tablet. Reference used, of course.

This portrait is stunning. The folds and the shadows make it look so realistic.

Hehe, yeah it was used on HUGI 33, the diskmag once. It was made on a PC, but converted to Amiga.
I still have my Amiga from the old demo-scene days, hehe. Amiga rocks indeed :cowboy:
